- "Secondary School Profiles 2021/2022" has been launched on 6 December 2021. Schools could login the e-form and update the school information where necessary. Please press "Amendment Completed" on the left after updating. The production team would be notified automatically to update the relevant PDF file.
- All information is provided and verified by schools according to their situation in September 2021. For details, please refer to the sample. The data provided by schools in the e-versions of the School Profiles to be published in the CHSC webpage in late 2021 would be opened up for free use in machine-readable format.
- All fields should be filled in.
- Please fill in the number of approved classes as at September 2021 after the headcount exercise.
- The Committee on Home-School Co-operation reserves the right to edit the submitted information, if required.
- Points to note for filling information in the School Characteristics column:
- Schools can adjust the number of words in different fields. The maximum number of lines on the third page is 67 and that on the fourth page is 74.
- Schools should not provide value-added information.
- Schools should not distribute or publicise any information related to allocation bands of students.

- Points to note for uploading school photos:
- One photo of the school logo, one photo of the school building and two photos of students' school life could be uploaded.
- All photos should be in JPEG (*.jpg) format. The size limit for each photo is 1MB.
- All photos would be shown in the e-version only.
- If school fees have been approved by the Education Bureau before publishing, the Committee on Home-School
Co-operation would update the adjustment.
